Volume varies. Each bag holds approximately 8oz / 45 teaspoon servings OR 16oz / 90 teaspoon servings! When consuming tea for health support, it is recommended to enjoy 3-4 cups per day.

DIRECTIONS: Boil water. Add 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water and steep for 10-15 minutes for full effects (less if desired). It has a natural sweetness but add honey or agave nectar to taste.
