Get relief from your seasonal allergy symptoms! Our blend of organic loose leaf tea is packed with anti-inflammatory herbs that also soothe the membranes of the nose, throat, and lungs. It brews an earthy cup with the sliiiiightest notes of spearmint due to the pennyroyal leaf :) It's great served hot or iced. The tea is caffeine free and non-sedating, so it's perfect for any time of day.

Volume varies. Each bag holds approximately 8oz/ 45 teaspoon servings OR 16oz / 90 teaspoon servings (depending on your order). When consuming tea for health support, it is recommended to enjoy 3-4 cups per day. 

DIRECTIONS: Boil water. Add 1 - 1.5 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water and steep for 7-10 minutes for full effects. If you prefer sweeter teas, I recommend adding manuka honey or agave nectar for additional health benefits.
